As Rob suggests, but BES Express has now been released as version 5.0.3 and corrects some issues with Exchange 2010 within the SBS environment. I performed an installation with these exact same parameters yesterday and it went flawlessly.

&nbsp;- Do I need to migrated BES first before demoting an old exchange server? &nbsp;I'm planning to migrate BES and users after the Exchange migration.<br />
&nbsp;- Is BES Express for limited number of users? &nbsp;up to 30 or something? &nbsp;I just have 5. &nbsp;I also wonder if I need a new license for the different server etc.<br />

Okay. &nbsp;So do I need to upgrade the BES on Win2003 from 4.1 to 5.x ?<br />
Once I move mailboxes to SBS2011 Exch2010 would BES still work on Win2003? &nbsp;<br />

Actually I just looked and see there is only 3 BB users. &nbsp;I can just install a new BES on the SBS2011 and provision right after moving their mailboxes. &nbsp; That wouldnt be much downtime.. &nbsp; Correct? &nbsp;<br />

How do I go about that?  Install BES on a new SBS2011?  Need a newer version of BES software?
