Access Denied when logging in after regedit

After we have changed some permission in the registry database, we get a Access Denied every time we try to login to the server.

How can we fix this? By running a repair of Windows 2008? Or is there another way to fix this?

you can just create a new user with admin privileges and blank password, use that to login. the tool has the ability to do this. give it a try./
