Will upgrading from Office 2007 to Office 2010 reduce IT support requests
Is office 2010 more stable than office 2007?
We are considering upgrading the 500 users in our company from Office 2007 to Office 2010. Can I expect any reduction in user problems and IT support effort after the upgrade is complete? If you are an IT guy in a big company which has recently upgraded did it make a difference?

In my organisation we didn't think about this 2k7 to 2010 up gradation,,bcz last time we had a pain in up gradation from 2k3 to 2k7.......as i read 2k10 is much faster and reliable...
changing any application will always result in an increase in support calls - but this will only be during the initial transition.
once you've done the move, the number of calls will return to the same level as before.
