Outlook and attchment

Attachment is .doc or .xls

I can see to other message some attachment .doc, .pdf, .xls...

You don't say anything about a message that Outlook is blocking potentially unsafe attachment but it sounds like this one fits:

You can propagte RegKeys through Group Policy. You should also be able to circumvent this problem by zipping those attachment types.

I have already try this solution. Don't solve it, because I have no message from outlook with blocking potentially unsafe attachment.

Try either of the below steps.

1> This could happen if the text format of the message is set to "rich text".

To change the format of a specific message, go to "Options", and in the format frame, select "Html" (or any other format except "rich text").

To change the default format for all messages, go to "Tools"->"Options"->"Mail format", and select the desired format in the message format list box.

2> In outlook 2007 do the following:

From the menu  select:


    "Tools"->"Trust Center"
    Select "Add-ins"
    On the bottom manage combobox select "Exchange Client Extentions"
and click "Go.."
    Uncheck the "Google Desktop Search Outlook Addin" also try to Uncheck 'Symantec Antivirus Outlook Protection ' box if it is.

I have try to uncheck Google desktop search and antivirus (not symantec but norman antivirus) . But it doesn't not appear on my outlook (Google Desktop Search Outlook Addin" also try to Uncheck 'Symantec Antivirus Outlook )

All Outlook 2007 is in HTML Format. I have verified on four computer.

I have tested with Outlook 2003 . This is the same problem. Message contain attachment but does not appear.

Forward message is the same problem (when i forward message outlook to outlook)
Forward message OWA to outlook (Same people) is the same problem
Forward message OWA to OWA (one people to another people) is good
Forward message Outlook to OWA (one people to another people on compagny) is the same problem
Forward message Outlook to OWA (one people to another compagny) correct. Message appear with potentialy unsafe attachment but I can see attachment

Exchange is SP2 , Outlook is SP2

I download and install SP3  for exchange

Are you unable to see all the attachements or only certain attachments ?

If only certain attachments then what extension those attachments belongs to ?

Is this problem with all the users ?

Problem is for some attachement with all user on the network and some senders.

New test

I have send Email with attachement problem by OWA to another mailbox (outside). I receive email with attachement . I forward email to sender with attachement and I receive email without attachement

Size of mail is 2 Mo
Properties indicated 2 attachement

If its for some attachement only, then could you please update us whether which extensions those attachments belongs to which u r unable to open and the one u r able to open fine without issue.

It's not with some attachement. On my test I have send .doc . I receive email with attachement. But when I forward it to Sender or save attachement, reply and attach piece . Email arrived on OWA with attachement but on Outlook, I have no attachement

Can you try below command and hope you have SP2 installed.

Make sure that Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 2 is installed.

Then Run the following command from Exchange command shell

set-OrganizationConfig -ShowInlineAttachments:$true

actually I install SP3 exchange

Have u tried below command and then again check your outlook emails.

I have found

Problem come to message. Some message have problem. I have ask at sender , send new message with the same attachement. And Now I receive it (mail and attachement). I have ask at senderto forward old message, I receive email and attachament . But attachement don't appear on Outlook.
