Registery hive

i created group called powerusers and i want to allow this user group to audit registry hive

How i can done this use Powershell script?

if allow user to audit specific registry hive this user can open regedit.exe file

can any one know how i can use powershell script to allow powerusers group members to audit registry hive Hacky local machine and parent key should be inheritance by sub key.
