Hi there,
On this site is a video-tutorial where a SplashScreen and a AboutBox is added to a form:

In the video the SplashScreen and the AboutBox are templates from Visual Studio.
I have Visual Studio 2010 and I have an AboutBox as template but no SplashScreen.
Is it possible to get it from somewhere else. Maybe download it from a certain site!
Who knows where to get a the SplashScreen like the one from the video-tutorial.

You may not be able to get same template, but what you can do is just follow the way and design it manually. You may find following helpful too:
