Windows 7 x86 freezes during streaming play such as Netflix, Hulu, etc

I have a Dell Studio 1535 laptop running Windows 7 Enterprise.  I freezes/hangs during streaming of video such as Netflix, Hulu, etc...  I have run the Dell diagnostics, with no errors, run a registry cleaner, F-Secure 2011 deep scans with no sucess.  I have streamed directly from the websites and used the plugin for Windows Media Center, still will the same results.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled Silverlight.  I downloaded a DVIX video and ran it localy with no problems what so ever.  After hard booting, there is no errors or warnings in the event logs.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have checked that the latest video drivers are installed and I have run speed checks on my bandwidth.  Both are fine.  I had not thought about the user profile.  I will give that a shot when I get home.
