AFTER INSERT triggers and load data
Hi
How do AFTER INSERT triggers work with batch loading of data such as
1) mysql load data command
2) multirow insert command e.g. insert into table(a,b) values(1,2), (3,4)
Please could you state whether each method calls the trigger after each individual insert or after the all rows have been inserted. I've never written a trigger but I will have a go now to investigate this myself.
