ACTIVESYNC with Exchange 2010
I have a customer that can't activesync with his Android Galaxy S. It is likely a security problem with his account. I can use a different user account and it works fine.
That said:
Windows R2 enterpriseServer SP1
Exchange Server 2010
Microsoft Corporation
Version: 14.00.0722.000 (does not yet have Sp1)
HAD Blackberry Server 4.1 installed , and he was the only user.
He was also an admininstrator and Domain Admin.
BES was not playing well and had to be forcefully removed.
I think BES adds hidden security info to the user mailbox.
Can you help me fix the security on the mailbox so that activesync will work for the user?
