bump up animation higher on page

this should be a simple fix but has been perplexing my programmer for days now.  client is getting antsy.  How do I bump up the animation in IE7?  Right now, you can't even see the colored boxes beneath the animation which correspond to the photo appearing in the middle.  Works great on all other browsers and platforms.
