Can I Read/Write to Macintosh HD From Windows With BootCamp?

I recently purchased a MacBook Pro to run both Mac OSX and Windows.  I sprung for the SSD drive, so It's a little smaller than I'd like.  To make up for it, my plan was to share files between the two on the "Macintosh HD".   For example, I would like to store all of my iTunes on the Mac HD and access them from the PC.  I've noticed that I can't write to the Mac HD when booting to Windows.  

I also have VMWare Fusion, but I'd rather just run one O/S at a time.   Is there a way to access the Mac HD from Windows when booting straight to windows?
