I created a new distribution group. It is a Universal Group with 3 members. When I send a test, I get the reply back that the email address can't be found. This is the first distribution group I've created since we upgraded to Exchange 2010. What am I missing?

Check if the below KB applies to your situation
You receive an NDR message in an Exchange Server 2007 environment when you try to send an e-mail message to an address type that is supported by a fax connector http://support.microsoft.com/kb/952773

Presuming you have an Edge server. Try forcing a sync by running the following:
Start-EdgeSynchronization -Server Hub01 -TargetServer Edge03 -ForceFullSync
