User Login Problem to OWA

running Exchange 2010 on single server 2008 R2.
one user have a problem to connect to OWA, no problem to connect using outlook.
delete the mailbox and user from the AD and added again same problem.
check the user inherite right no help.
i can add any test user working just fine, but if i use this user name and add characters to the name still not working (exp: jsmit@**.com Jsmit1@**.com).
the login error is "The user name or password you entered isn't correct. Try entering it again"

Only a guess at this stage, is the keyboard layout the same for local login and OWA login?
(like US layout within the company and UK layout at home)
I had this problem once. Even that was so obvious it took some time to see it...

check mailbox properties? IS OWA enabled there ?

can you run as ( right click adn run as ) any app using this user ?

yes, OWA is anabled in this mail box. i'm runing outlook with this account in this user login.
OK, any error on even log? security login failed logs ?

no, just system log of user trying to login to exchange no error on the event log security. is there another log file that i can look at?
