Excel services cache folder error

Recently we had an antivirus installed on our Sharepoint service and it seemed that Excel services stopped showing graphs. The event log shows that the excel services error started after the installation.

Now I am getting the error "Unable to create or access workbook cache at C:\Windows\TEMP\Excel Server\FileCache\d9ea9965-e4cf-4fce-a6c5-f18aad0e3905\Ranges. Excel Services Application is unable to function without a workbook cache.

I have checked that the service account has correct permissions to write to this folder and after I delete the Excel Server folder in the temp file and run iisreset the charts and graphs will show up again.  Then....shortly there after they will stop :(

I am at a loss to figure out what is going on and why the service starts up and then stops.  Any help is appreciated.

What antivirus did you install on your server?
Add the sharepoint site as a "trusted site" in your antivirus...

Im not sure though on what part on the antivirus is it.

Well we removed the antivirus from the software and the problem is still showing up.  That is another point of confusion.  Its seems that if I want the excel services to show up I have to delete the cache folder and then run iisreset and then they will show up....for a brief period of time.

I also wanted to add that I had to go back and add another folder - Images.  Looking in the temp folder under the GUID number you should have three folders:  Images, Ranges, Workbooks.
