SharePoint 2010 Databases Removal

Dear all,

I recently installed Microsoft SharePoint 2010 conencting to a external SQL Server 2008 machine. I need to remove the databases that it has inputted becauses its a application server with other sql databases.

Does anyone know how I can remove these databases and does anyone know the names of the databases SharePoint inputs?
