"Access Denied" error when running dcdiag on Windows 2008 R2 server for NtFrs Service Test.

Active Directory appears to be running and replicating fine to other DCs on our Windows Server 2008 R2 machine, yet when I run dcdiag on that machine (which is being run from an elevated, 'run as administrator' command prompt), I get the following error:

Starting test: Services

Could not open NtFrs Service on NAMEOFDC, error 0x5 "Access is denied."

Every other test passes fine. I checked to see if there's a services in services.msc for this service (NtFrs), but I can't find one.

Does anyone know what might be causing this?

HareI66: Thank you. I looked for this service, but it wasn't listed in my services.msc snap-in on the Windows 2008 R2 DC. Might it be named something else? Again, AD seems to be replicating fine to the other DC in the domain, but I consistently get this access denied error when running dcdiag.
could you pls provide eventviewer details with any specific error code?
