Configure WSUS with SSL - Error ID 12012, 12032

I have changed install location for all clients to https://external.domain.com:8531 and configured server per link below:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb633246.aspx

Client seem to be updating correctly but am seeing to errors in event viewer:
Event ID: 12012
Description: The API Remoting Web Services is not working.

Event ID: 12032
Description: The Server Synchronization Web Service is not working.

I have a feeling that the permissions for these directories are incorrect, but don't have a working server i can check.

OS: SBS 2003 Standard
WSUS: 3.0 SP2

Hi,
configure the correct permissions for the C:\Windows\Temp folder, as documented in http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd939916(WS.10).aspx

Permissions:
The following permissions are required for the specified users and directories:

The NT Authority\Network Service account must have Full Control permission for the following folders so that the WSUS Administration snap-in displays correctly:

%windir%\Microsoft .NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files

%windir%\Temp

Already done, but note I have access to snap-in already working.

Thanks dstewartjr.

I have checked .net framework, and both are on 2.0. This is a 32bit OS (Windows Server 2003), so this setting should be fine.
