I've read several questions in Experts Exchange about this and all the answers that I have found say that a person has no control over the sort order of folders in the Navigation Pane - that Microsoft defaults to alphabetical and there's nothing you can do about it. However, I've attached a screen shot of one of my Outlook data files that is not sorted alphabetically. I actually want it alphabetical - the way everyone says it should be by default. Apparently, from the screen shot, the order can be controlled and can be something other than alphabetical. I don't know what I did to get it this way, either :( Any ideas on how to get it back to alphabetical?
