Thanks Joshbula - however, when I click 'music' I cannot see a tab where it says 'synch all music'.

I am a newbie at all of this....so maybe some easier way of explaining to me ?

What I need is someone to sit next to me and step me through it.
Human beings are different in their learning styles.

I just don't get it with instruction books and the like...I need to search for an Apple coach
