Package an Oracle database for distribution

I've got Oracle XE 11g and created a database.  I've populated some of the tables.  

What's the best way to deliver that to a client?  With SQL Server, I just give them an MDF file.  With IBM DB2, I provide a backup file.  How do I do it with Oracle?
