Windows 7 login problem

I have a windows 7 machine that I added to the domain.  When I log in I get the below message:
"Windows 7 gives message "you have been logged on a temporary profile" everytime I log in" so everytime I log out anything done is deleted.  I searched other places about deleting the profile under users, odd thing is when I log on to this machine as the domain administrator, the folder under users is called temp.   Yet, if I add my own user to that computer for the domain, I am created correctly and a correct folder is created.  I even went in and manually added the domain administrator account to the computer and still creates a temp directory under users when I log in.  Any suggestions?
