I have read your blog many times.. in fact, it was one of the reasons why I was able to get Lync up and running so thank you!! <br />

All calls get answered by someone here at our client, so what they used to be able to do, is the bosses get a lot of junk phone calls so they would just dump them into voicemail so that the call didn't ring at the bosses desk and annoy them. I am curious if this type of feature is built into Lync?
