Do check the SRV records as this error can also be generated if the autodiscovery function is not working properly. Try running Exchange Best Practise Analyzer and fix all issues that show up in it. HI All,<br />

&nbsp; I have Exchange 2010 install with HB, CAS, Mailbox roles, I have 700 mailbox, most of them 20 MB size and some have large size.<br />
my question &nbsp;is I have 12 GB memory and my Data is on SAN.<br />
my memory is always high ( almost full). and the server was not responding one time and I had to restart it<br />

The latest event log was<br />

36888 schannel<br />
The following fatal alert was generated: 20. The internal error state is 960.<br />

sometimes the exchange submission service stopped.<br />

I dont have sp 1 installed<br />
