jquery, assigning multiple values to a multi-select form element

I have a multi-select drop-down in a form that when it loads I want to assign comma separated values stored in a DB to the options, after building the select itself.  I have all the ode in place and everything works well except the last part where it goes to assign the values.

I thought that using the .map() function of jquery would be able to do this however only the last option in the list is getting assigned.

I have created a fiddle and as you can see, only the last option in the comma list is getting assigned.  I need all stored options to be assigned in the multi-select.

What am I missing here?
