Outlook Auto Populate new E-Mail Address

EE Professionals,

I have an 86 year old mother who actually loves to use email (Outlook) and has many friends.  She has recently moved.  I am looking for a way of notifying a large group of people....which I have the list;  However, here's my question, is there a way to have a small macro or app. that the people who want to change her mail address can "click" and it will look for her old address on their harddrive (in a PST) and auto replace it with her new address?  We all know that most people send an email changing email addresses and it's not an automatic function to replace it.  So in many cases it doesn't get done.  I'm looking to make this easy for the users to replace her email address.

Any help is much appreciated.

Due to inherent security in email clients (against code execution and the like) and the varied email clients out there (Yahoo webmail, Gmail webmail, Outlook, Thunderbird, Evolution, Hotmail webmail, AOL mail, etc.), such a scenario would not be feasible.

Best bets would be to explicitly and noticeably mention the new email address in the email itself, and maybe even setting the Reply To of the email to the new email address.
If you can, keep the old email address open for a little bit with an auto-response to any emails to it so as to keep reminding those who will not readily update your mother's email address about the new email address.

How about as a "VCARD"?  Would accepting a VCARD potentially allow someone to auto populate a contact name?

Sure, that is a good suggestion actually. So as long as the recipient opens and saves the vCard file, this would definitely be yet another viable option. For some it may add another entry, but for Outlook recipients it should prompt about a duplicate entry with options to merge, add new anyway, etc.
So, is there a way to put a button on an email that auto populates Outlook?  I'm dealing with "the geriatrics" community here......... if they can push a button it's so much easier then giving them directions.

If it's really that hard, I'll just send out an email; however, I was hoping someone had an easy "macro" or "app" that auto populated.

Good answer; just not the answer I was hoping for.
Sorry that the options are less than preferable. Thank you for the accept.
