Have you transitioned all mailboxes over to 2010 or do they exist still on 2003? What you will need to do is link a Public Folder database to your new mail store on 2010.<br />

Set-MailboxDatabase -Identity &lt;DatabaseIdParameter&gt; -PublicFolderDatabase &lt;DatabaseIdParameter&gt;<br />

You may want to use the Public folder management console (located in Tools) to configure public folder replication between 2003 and 2010. If your 2003 and 2010 servers are in different domains (cross forest or inter org) then you need to use iorgrepl tool (which is a pain)
