Outlook Autofill not working

We recently switched our customer for Outlook Express to Outlook.  WE configured Outlook with a new exchange account and imported all there emails and address books from OE.  The contacts are there but when typing in a new address in the "To" field, the autofill is not working, it is not pulling up and email addresses.  I have renamed the .NK2 file and recreated it which did not work.  I alos selected and deselected the option "Suggest names while completing To, Cc, and Bcc fields". Any other suggestions?

In addition to the above, if you're using Outlook 2010, you will need to import the NK2 file to Outlook as well.

Close Outlook, then go to Start > Run > type in: outlook /importnk2OK. This process will launch Outlook and import the NK2 contents into the Suggested Contacts cache (which Outlook 2010 relies on now in lieu of the NK2 file).
