Yes, I have. I already have installed the same one on other server, which works with no problem.

Don't know what to do ?
Can you check the logs is it throwing error of account lockout ??

I have checked and nothing about that.

It even don't create logs, that means that client crashes before.

Like I said I don't have any hints what should be wrong.

Run GUI and get the error again.

thanks
Hope it will work for you..

I am using TDPS for SQL and it works fine for me...I am using this document which is shared on slideshare..

"TDP for SQL Client Install and configuration procedure"

What happens, when you try to run the command line version (tdpexcc.exe) from a command line prompt?
If it prints something on stdout, you will be able to read it unlike with the GUI version (tdpexc.exe).

when I run tdpexcc.exe query exchange I get the same error:  unknown error.

What ever I do, always get the same error. ithink the problem is on windows side.

Yes, i tried it:
Uuninstall TDP and BA after that install different version both TDP and BA and result was the same.
:(
If you are unable to determine the cause of the problem from the Windows event logs and the dsmerror.log and the TDP Exchange log files, you will need to open a PMR with IBM.
