OWA 2010 forwarding rules don't work

tblinc asked
Last Modified: 2012-05-11

I try to create a forward rule in my OWA to send all received mail to an external email.

It doesn't work and I don't know why.

This is what I did.
- Log in my owa account with IE 8
- Go to option and create and inbox rule.
- Create a new rule, apply to all message and forward it to my other email address.

I made some test and it doesn't pass.

Even in my exchange log, I can't see that the message is transfered by my email account.
