Remote Desktop to Server 2003 has solid blue screen

We have 12 servers in our rack, but for some reason today 3 of them started to lock up.  Through the KVM I could log into them, but after about 10-15 minutes the screen would freeze. I started each server in safe mode and ran a full scan with AV and Malwarebytes, neither found anything.  When I start each of these servers normally, they again lock up after about 10-15 minutes.  All other servers are functioning as they should.

I have tried to remote desktop to these computers and all I get is solid blue screen after providing the credentials.  The only way around this is to reboot the server by bouncing the power.  While using the KVM I disabled AV and logged in with another Domain Admin account, to check that profile, and the servers returned the same result.  I'm at a loss since there is no indication as to why this is happening.  I have checked the event viewer and see nothing out of the norm that is causing these three servers to freeze.

They are all Server 2003 Enterprise or Standard with SP2 installed.  We are running Vipre as our AV, and we have tried to remote in from Win7 x64 as well as XP x86 machines.  It is almost as if the Servers are losing their "network" connection since at some point I am no longer able to ping, remote, or UNC into the server.  Once again, it has to be power cycled for me to gain access again.

Any direction as to what we should look at  here would be greatly appreciated.
