WIndows 7 RDP Error - Because of an error in data encryption, this session will end. Please try connecting to the remote computer again.

Hi All,

I've just unpacked Windows 7 Toshiba laptop from the box and then I add secondary USB - NIC (D-Link DUB-E100 USB 2.0 Fast Ethernet Adapter) when I tried to Remote desktop to another Windows 7 laptop it always failed with the following attached error message.

Can anyone assist me here please ?

Sounds like problem caused by security software...uninstall your security software and then check.

@Ded: no there is no Security device and no firewall in all Of the win7 laptop.

Hi Man the key doesn't exist in windows 7 ?

ok, so the conclusion here is that the "D-Link DUB-E100 USB 2.0 Fast Ethernet Adapter" is not supported according to the Windows 7 HCL, therefore I must use the onboard NIC to make the RDP working again.
