Convert Text file to .mp3 or .wav

I have a large text file that I'd like to convert to a voice recording in a short amount of time. Does anybody know of a program that will take the file a export it to a .mp3, or .wav file? I'm not interested in a program that will dictate the text but, something that will convert it quickly. Using Windows 7 OS.

I don't mind paying if the converted voice sounds more human than robot. I'll test the ones listed so far.

With the text to speech link I provided, you have several selections of voice types.

Text to speech applications work using phonetics. For example, the word "speak"; broken down it is:
"sp" + "ee" + "k"

which is a combination of 3 elements to form a single word. I haven't come across anything that fluidly matches a normal conversational voice.

What's the purpose of acquiring this application?
