ON each terminal sessions, IE may have a pre-set where no sound is the default.
Goto Hosted Desktop (as user with all the Admin rights to the server)
1. Open IE. Go to Tools> Internet Options.
2. Switch to the "Advanced" Tab.
3. Scroll down to the "Multimedia" sub-heading.
4. Make sure the box next to "Play sounds in web pages" is checked. Click "ok". Restart Internet Explorer. Test to see if sounds will now play.

Yes Its already enabled.
Forget Citrix for now. Login to the server, run the video thru IE, are you able to hear the sound?
ASKER
No luck, sounds option in mute status. If uncheck and press ok again it goes to check mark.
