Polycom Soundstation IP4000 does not factory reset
My Polycom Soundstation IP4000 has an incorrect config file. I am not able to get into either the internal website to change or change it from the panel. I have even tried to perform a factory reset but it isnt working
It just keeps looping:
bootup
updating initial config (fails, the uses existing config)
loads app
runs app
config error 0x4020
then it starts all over again.
help! i am about to throw this thing out the window.
if possible a factory reset would be preferable

Press and hold certain key combinations (depending on the phone model) simultaneously during the countdown process in the
boot process until the password prompt appears:
• IP 4000: 6, 8 and * dial pad keys
Then the password is the factory default.
