Exhange 2003 with mobile emails

I need some guidance on how I can setup my Microsoft exchange environment to allow emails sent to mobile devices such as HTC etc.

We have a MS Exchange 2003 cluster active/passive runnig on windows 2003.

what are the steps i need to get the mobile emails setup.

You can Configure Microsoft Active Sync feature on mobile phone to connect to server & get emails on phone

Okay i understand that i need to configure the sevrices on exhange, but how will my mobile clients connect from their devices to the exchange server. this is where my knowlegde is limited. what do I need to do to get the devices to see the exchange server?

Amitkulshrestha, ive seen those links, but agian it deosnt explain how the mobile devices will see the exch server. it says that i need to enter the url of the OMA but does this URL need to be published with an external IP on the net, firewall rules etc?

Please setup Exchange Active Sync. I hope all your HTC mobile devices are using Windows mobile.
