Appreciate your quick response
So that means one or more of your users are incorrectly configured with their Internet Addressing.

Go to ConsoleOne and find a user who sent a message externally where the error occurred on a reply.  Open the properties of the user, click the GroupWise tab then choose Internet Addressing from it.  Investigate the settings and confirm there is no override causing the outbound to be user.postoffice.domain@internet-domain.  The setting is at the top of the page.  If you need to override it to force and update to the user account, click the checkbox to the left and then choose the userid@internet-domain setting and click Apply.  Wait a few minutes for the admin update to re-configure the user account and test again.

I tried above solution & looks like it works fine. is that mean I have to do the same for every user? athought the overrrigen is shown userid@internet domain address. & in the higher lever the userid@internet domain address is selected.

Sorry, the solution did not work.
after more cheking I found this problem happen only at caching mode while at online mode looks working fine (that is for me)
We did manitenance for the account & rebuild the cache & also tried from other PC it's the same result.
Verify that the problem occurs in both caching and online.  if only caching, there may be a corrupted setting left over and a maintenance routine (analyze fix structure and the analyze fix contents on the cache mailbox) may fix the problem.  If that doesn't then creating a new cache and re-priming it may be your only fix.

The is assumes the problem you've written about doesn't occur in online mode.  Is that correct?

It accour in online mode too.
More questions:

1) Does the email reply from an external user show correct from when it comes back in?  And then when your user replies, does it flip to userid.postoffice.domain@internet domain?

2) Does this happen when an email begins from webaccess on your side?  Or is it just from the GW client?

3) What is the version of your GroupWise client as well as GW system?

Finally,

Please go in ConsoleOne | Tools | GroupWise System Operations | Internet Addressing and confirm that your default naming is userid@internet domain.

Next please go to the properties of your post office where the problem user is at and look at the Internet Addressing portion of the GroupWise tab and make sure there are no overrides...please do the same for the domain by choosing properties | GroupWise tab and the Internet addressing.
