Why am I getting this error when navigating in Colligo in Outlook 2010?

I have Colligo Contributor installed on a user's computer, I have installed version 4.2 SP3.  I was able to connect the libraries I needed jsut fine, however, when I navigate to any of them, I all of a sudden get this error of Colligo.UI.HostExplorer has stopped working... Windows is checking for a solution to the problem, then the window disappears and then I no longer have access to the sharepoint libraries but the they are still listed in the navigation pane of Outlook.
