Need Active Directory Report of All Users and All E-mail Addresses

I need to run a report against my Active Directory of all the users, and for it to include username, alias, and all SMTP addresses associated with each username. Need it to be excel/csv format.
This is a 2003 Active Directory with Exchange 2003 server.
