If you have access to cheap labor, you might consider using KeyView to view the documents and then copy/paste the contents into a Word document.

What version of Lotus Word Pro do you have?
Release 9.7 for Windows
Does the MS-Word version have to be 2003?
Preferably but it can also be 2007
Thanks again

If you have experience using the Conversions Plus utility, your comments would be helpful. I have not used it.

it's only $70. Present your management with a comparison of that price versus the cost of doing it manually.
