Failure when running dcdiag /test:dns on DNS server
When running dcdiag /test:dns on one of our DNS servers we are getting FAIL on Forw and that the domain.com failed test DNS. Any assistance on the steps to correct this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Right click DNS server in DNS console,click properties, click the forwarders tab, uncheck box root hints and click to add the forwarder

"Right click DNS server in DNS console,click properties, click the forwarders tab, uncheck box root hints and click to add the forwarder" I went to go to this for the Saturn server but there is no option on the forwarders tab for uncheck box root hints and click to add forwarder.
There will be another tab with root hints, I can't remember of the top of my head
