Can't change email address for DNN automated emails

I am running DNN 5.1.3, and the emails automatically sent when you setup a new user, change a user's password, etc are showing the Reply To email address of our former network admin who is no longer with the company. I have checked nearly everything I can find in the settings for DNN and can not seem to find the correct place to update this. Can anybody help point me in the right direction?

I've found the place. Under Site Settings -->  Advanced --> Other Settings I changed the Administrator option from "Administrator Account" to my administrative account for DNN and that changed the email addresses to the email associated with my account. Does anybody know where I can edit the information for the "Administrator Account" since it's not listed in the "User Accounts" under the Admin tab? I could always just setup another account with the email address I want to be used as an admin account and assign that one, but I'd rather avoid setting up additional accounts for no other reason than that if possible.

While qnarlysage's suggestion wasn't exactly what I where I was needing to look, it made me realize what I had actually overlooked. Since I had already mentioned looking in User Accounts I completely understand why sage pointed me toward the SuperUser Accounts. I'm sure that sage thought I had exhausted all normal accounts, which unfortunately I hadn't
