Limit Incoming Exchange 2003 Connections.

I wish to limit any inbound connections to a 2003 exchange server via IP address, We only want to accept incoming connections from one other IP address, however, this exchange server must at the same time still accept connections from authenticated users sending via POP3/IMAP/SMTP.

I have tried to limit the SMTP to a specific IP address in the protocol section on the exchange manager, however this results in no one being able to connect to the protocol to send.

Is there any other way to accomplish this?

Most of the company is using RPC over HTTP, however there are several people who are using a pop/imap coupled with smtp for an assortment of reasons.

Ill try the second SMTP protocol and hopfully no problems crop up.
