An error occured when quickbooks tried to access the company file. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact intuit technical support with the following error codes: (-6129,0)

Everyone using Quickbooks was suddenly kicked off and now cannot log back in.  The error we receive is:  An error occured when quickbooks tried to access the company file.  Please try again.  If the problem persists, contact intuit technical support with the following error codes: (-6129,0)

The company file is hosted on a Windows 2003 server and the client machines are XP pro.  It is Quickbooks Enterprise Solutions 8.0.

I ran the Quickbooks Company File Diagnostic Tool and received a message that an issue in the company file was detected but can't be repaired. FileDiagTool.log

Gee, I missed that.  Thank you.  Rebooted and we are back on now.  Do you know of any other diagnostics or repair tools I can run to make sure the file is now stable?  Also, what about DB file fragments, what is the procedure to remove those?  Thank you

Other than the Quickbooks Company File Diagnostic Tool I know of no other tool.
