Problems installing haru extension in Fedora 15

When installing the haru extension in Fedora 15. I'm stuck with the following error. Can anyone please help. This is my first time trying Linux so my knowledge in Linux is quite limited. Thanks.

The command that I used to install the haru extenstion
# pecl install haru
