Gmail - You have reached a limit for sending mail.

I not so long ago switched from a yahoo to a gmail account.  I almost wish now I hadn't, b/c I now get this error almost every two days.

"You have reached a limit for sending mail."

I realize this page (link below), but wonder if there's any more information on it.  It's driving me crazy.
I don't spam and don't send to large groups.  I've changed my password a number of times since getting this.

It should not be like this ... but try accessing gmail using Firefox 5 clearing your Deleted item and spam folder every day..also keep clean your inbox. Find for large attachments .. may be you could use Outlook to use ur Gmail Acct from ur Desktop and create a pst file for keep ur file back up.

Appreciate the post.  I have another throw away email account which I use to sign up for things.  This account has yet to have any spam (partly b/c it's new).

I can still access it as well as receive.  I just can't send.
This is the best money I have ever spent. I cannot not tell you how many times these folks have saved my bacon. I learn so much from the contributors.

>>Problem is that there is nobody from GMail or Yahoo or other Mail Exchange Services is available for us to help out with these issues .. all you need to do is Trial and Error

I beginning to think you're right.  I've searched as much as I can on this.

Thanks for the responses.
