Cisco UCM Attendant Console is showing current data?

I have Cisco Call Manager V7.1.5 and Cisco Unity V 7.0 (2) running on a Server 2003 network.  I am having an issue with the receptionist's Cisco Unified Communications Manager Attendant Console having question marks next to certain users as well as old extensions no longer in use.  I have checked the user's extensions in CCM and Unity and am not finding the extensions listed in the attendant.  

Where does this console live and where does it pull its data from?

They console itself is telling me:

Console Version:  AC (7.1.0_c)
Server Version:  AC (7.1.0_c)

I did figure out that, because my Call Manager is integrated with AD, I had to make most of the changes I was looking for on the AD box itself.
Your help has saved me hundreds of hours of internet surfing.
