You need a SAN cert that contains autodiscover.yourdomainnam e, internal server address, and owa address
include blow names:
1.external FQDN (mail.domain.com ); where MX record points to mail.domain.com
2.netbios name ( server_name)
3.internal FQDN (server.domain.local)
4.autodiscover.domain.com
5.owa.domain.com
