Need to find XP drivers for Sony Vaio VGN-N365E preloaded with VISTA

My name is Fernando from Argentina and I purchased a Sony Vaio VGN-N365E Notebook with VISTA installed on 2008.  Because of software conflicts I need to reload the notebook with Windows XP Professional.  There are no WinXP drivers available at Sony's site.  I've managed to load all of the drivers with the exception of the WIRELESS ETHERNET CONTROLLER (Lan-Express AS IEEE802.11g), the MASS STORAGE CONTROLLER (probably the USB flash media controller) and the MODEM DEVICE ON HIGH DEFINITION AUDIO BUS (HDAUDIO Soft V92).  Can anyone tell me where I can get xp drivers for this notebook or these devices.  Any help would be appreciated.

did you try downloading Vista drivers from Sony to see if they will work?
Aaron Tomosky

If you can plug in a wired network run windows update. Many times that finds missing drivers.

Yes I tried but nothing. Tkank you anyway.
I had the same problem with a Sony VGN-220E last year. I posted the question here and someone give me the drivers.   http://www.experts-exchange.com/Software/System_Utilities/Drivers/Q_26799273.html?sfQueryTermInfo=1+10+30+driver+soni+xp

Thanks all !
@MASQUERAID your drivers have benn very useful. But I couldn´t resolve the ethernet problem yet.

Yukon PCI-E Fast Ethernet Controller
http://www.marvell.com/drivers/driverDisplay.do?driverId=202

This soft didn´t work. Or I don´t know how does it work. They are all "readme"  files. I unzipped it but I didn´t find an .exe application and I don´t know how to go ahead.

All the others worked grat !

Sorry about my English.

After unpacking the zip file right-click on the file yk51x86.inf and select "install"

Thanks for the points but didn't flubbster's link help?

This is the Yukon EXE download from there which includes an installer.

Neither of those setups have fix the problem yet.
The ethernet controler doesn´t work.

By the way, the sony website wasn´t useful.
The first thing I did was download all drivers of VGNn365E for Xp from sony website. But they didn´t help me.

Sorry about my english again

you might try adding a usb network adapter that has drivers so  that you can connect to the network and run windows updates, i have not seen great driver support using Windows updates for XP, win7 drivers are much easier to load using windows updates.  Why not just run win7 on this system, is it a licensing or application issue that requires you run XP?

I need to run this laptop with XP because of software conflicts with 7. I am installing medical soft and they are not able to run with 7

Thanks anyway

Do you have network/Internet access via the Yukon wireless adapter now?
bloisefernando

ASKER
Yes I´m working from the Vaio now. The wireless adapter works great

Try this
http://www.station-drivers.com/telechargement/marvell/lan/setup_v11.43.1.3(www.station-drivers.com).zip
It's a generic Marvell/Yukon installer and should identify the chipset and install the correct Ethernet driver

Otherwise as you have an active Internet connection try going to Device Manager
Find the Ethernet device in the list (or the remaining "Unknown" device) right-click and select Update Driver
Then when prompted allow the Hardware Update Wizard to connect to the Internet to locate a suitable match.

Then wait ...  possibly for a while :)
