DTS Audio (code 8193) need to install DirectShow

I did download a movie in MKV format and try to play in DIVX player (in my PC). It is "DivX Plus Player Version 8.1.2. I did buy online with all the components. But while try to watch movie error message pop up need to install directshow as attached the image. Please do advice how to slove the issue. Do i have to download the file if so please do give me the link.
