How to setup a redundant internet connection?

How to setup a redundant internet connection?
I have 2 ISPs and I want the other internet connection to be activated once the other failed.

For small companies I use Fortigate (like a 50-60 size model) a lot (cheap with a lot of features) and also I like the Cyberoam firewalls (includes good reporting on the box - but almost 2x cost of fortigate).
